Locally made sausages from Crown & Thistle in Coeur d’Alene. The “Commando” sausage, made with Radio Brewing Scotch Ale, and a special sausage made and picked out by Crown & Thisle’s own wurstmeister. Please ask server for current style. Served with dijon mustard, pita triangles, red pepper hummus, candied peanuts, and apple.
